This internship is ideal for students interested in business, international development, and microcredit or professionals looking to gain international experience.
As a Microfinance intern, you can work with a variety of projects across the globe, from Central America to Africa. The goal of many of these projects is to support small and local businesses and help entrepreneurs develop a sustainable future for themselves.
Microfinance interns undertake various roles during their internships. You will perform tasks such as reading though business plans, developing marketing strategies, conducting workshops, providing business guidance and support, and more. Wherever you go, you will be directly involved in the process of developing small businesses in a developing country and helping people rise above poverty.
