Law & Human Rights High School Specials for Teens

Volunteers at an event on the High School Special Law & Human Rights project

On a Projects Abroad Law & Human Rights High School Special, you have the opportunity to intern at law firms and NGOs around the world to experience how they practice law and raise awareness about human rights.

Law interns work in law firms and legal departments. Over the course of the program, you will gain a broad overview of law and be able to do a variety of tasks, such as researching case studies, proofreading documents, and making comparisons between international legal systems.

As a Human Rights intern, you work directly with organizations committed to fighting against human rights abuses and supporting victims. You could also work alongside disadvantaged communities affected by poverty, crime, and other social problems and support them in a variety of ways.
