Conservation and Environment in Nepal: Monthly Updates
Monthly Updates from 2013
October and November have been two eventful months up here in the Ghandruk Conservation Project. It is the start of winter with cold temperatures at night, but a warm sun during the day. The high altitude and clear weather has allowed us some amazing views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare almost every day.
August and September have been two eventful months up here in the Ghandruk Conservation Project. Among the highlights was when Nepal’s leading ornithologist (bird expert), Dr Hem Sagar visited our project.
The Conservation project has just had its first anniversary, still some work needed but we are on the right track. I want to thank all the volunteers from around the world who have helped us to achieve that. A big thanks from all the Projects-Abroad team for your help and all the nice moments we spend together.
