Race Update - Projects Abroad Sponsors Atlantic Boat Duo

On route

On 2nd December 2007 two British gig rowers from Cornwall, England began the ultimate rowing challenge: to row across the Atlantic Ocean.

On 27th January 2008, they succeeded! It took them 55 days 12 hours 3 minutes of living aboard 'The Reason Why' with only each other for company.

Read their blog at http://www.the-reason-why.co.uk/. The Reason Why became the 200th boat to be rowed across any ocean anywhere in the world!
